— Helium or hand pump is recommended
— Please note when using helium: confetti will not stick to the sides of the balloon as shown, instead pooling at the base and moving with the balloon (looks cute both ways!)
— Metallic confetti has sharp edges; please note balloon is decorative and not intended to be popped
